The apartment building has five floors (basement floor included) and has five residential units with common areas of the house and space for parking in a basment floor. In a first floor there is an office with a storage room and hygienic equipement. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm 30 S Profi with facade thermal insulation Isover 70F of thickness 150mm.
